Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: By booking an appointment online, booking directly with the salon, paying a deposit, or receiving services, you acknowledge and you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all salon policies and terms & conditions. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows may be subject to a no-show fee and may be required to prepay future appointments. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule. Lateness over 15 minutes may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show. Agreement: By scheduling an appointment online or directly through the salon, you agree to these policies and any future updates posted by the salon.
