Common Questions:
How do I book a new appointment?
Simply find your desired service from the "Book Online" tab at the top of the page, and click the "Book Now" button on that service. Then, choose an available date and time, and complete the booking form (if needed). You'll receive a confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Select the "Manage" button grouped with the appointment you want to cancel or reschedule on your Members Page (above). Follow the instructions provided. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a confirmation notification and, if enabled, an appointment reminder before your scheduled time.
What if I can't find a time that works for me?
Contact us directly via text message. We may have additional availability or a waitlist option.
What if I'm running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

The full address line is 2029 Osprey Ln. Lutz FL, 33549. Click to view on Google Maps. Once you arrive, park in the parking lot in front, or to the side of the building main. Step 1: Enter the first set of doors with the salon names listed in white text on the front left side. Step 2: Enter the first door to your left with the sign on the door. You are now in the Beauty Collective. Step 3: Locate Suite 3. There are numbers above the door frames. Find the door with the number "3" on top. You made it!
